Connect QuickBooks Online

Create an Intuit developer app in My Hub, enable the Accounting scope, and add https://app.bakedbrie.com/settings/destinations/oauth/callback under Keys and credentials. Use development keys with QuickBooks Online (sandbox) and production keys with QuickBooks Online. Intuit's production review includes an App Assessment Questionnaire. Put the client secret through prepare_secret, then create the preset connection with its client ID and selected operations. A person completes connect_oauth and confirms the company BakedBrie shows.

The default operations read unpaid invoices, find an invoice by number or ID, read a payment and read a customer. The customer.email answer is the verified source for a Gmail or Outlook reminder draft. Leave create_invoice, record_payment and void_invoice unselected unless the board must change financial records. A person sets the money and call limits in BakedBrie before any call runs. QuickBooks has one accounting OAuth scope for reads and writes, so the operation allowlist and limits are the boundary. BakedBrie pins the company ID from the callback and confirms it with CompanyInfo. It adds minorversion=75 and never sends invoice emails. A created invoice has online card and ACH payment flags off and EmailStatus: NotSet.
